1. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.


2. How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.


3. How do I track my order ?

After checkout, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on your order. We do our best to process all items for shipment within two business days of receiving the order. Please note that for US shipments it sometimes takes two days to cross the border from Canada, and the tracking code will not start updating until the package has reached the USA.

4. USPS Tracking — Delay in Updates:

The tracking provided with your order is correct! Please note that the package must first travel from Toronto to New York to get to the first USPS sorting facility. Once it has been scanned in with USPS, you will then see your tracking code activate and begin to update.


5. Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.



6. How does the custom order process work?

Make contact with me via my online form or send me an email to support@hmsubvers.com . I typically respond within 24 hours via email or if you prefer, over the phone. Custom jewellery requires a custom service and I will want to get a good understanding of your requirements in order to provide an accurate quotation. Maintaining good communication throughout the order process is essential for me to produce a piece of jewellery that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. If you are happy with my quotation then I will provide an invoice for the agreed amount and estimated lead time for when you should receive your jewellery. When the invoce is paid I will commence work on the project and keep you updated with images throughout the process to ensure you are happy every step of the way.



7. What is your privacy policy?

I will not share your information with anyone. I will use your email address for correspondence (if that's how you contacted me) and add you to my mailing list for any infrequent offers or newsletters I might send out. You can opt out of this at anytime. I will use your phone number only if you request I call you or to return a missed call. I will only use your home address to post your items to.
